How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is processed and on its way, you will receive email notification with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Free Standard Shipping - Australia wide 

We make sure your package is sent in a fast and secure manner. Most frequently shipped with estimated dates of arrival for your reference:

How do I return an item?

We do offer a very simple return policy:

You have 30 days to email our customer support to return your items with a proof of purchase and item returned in its original package and condition to request a refund. 

Your money will be returned back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days approximately depending on your bank. We are not responsible for any extra charges that your bank charges and do process all refunds accordingly.

How can I contact your couriers?
